Princess Therese von Bayern (1850-1925) became early interested in natural science and at the age of 21 she started to travel around Europe. This narrative describes her journey to the Arctic regions of Norway, Finland and Lapland. One chapter is devoted to the flora and fauna of the arctic parts of Norway.
